Can I check the garments before I order?
To order samples please place an order for plain garments. Once you have checked these please return and we will issue a full refund or can use the credit towards a future order.
What is your turnaround time for custimised orders?
Lead times are approx 10-12 days for branded items.
For plain garment/ samples our turnaround time is 3 working days.
I have an urgent order?
Please email us on info@caembroidery.co.uk or call 01740 657831 and we can see if we are able to fulfil your order for you.
Are there any set up charges?
Embroidery- We have a one off set up charge of £10+vat to digitise logos for embroidery. Once this has been set up, we will keep your logo on file so please select logo on file when the next order is placed.
Printing- if you have a vector file- eps, ai or vectored PDF there will be no set up charge for print, please select logo on file to avoid the setup charge.
Do you Accept Returns?

Will you send me a proof before production?
For embroidered designs we will send you a proof for approval of your logo before we can proceed to production. Please note we will not send a proof for text applications. This will be produced as you have inputted it into our site.
